Chris Chong has over 25 years of investment banking experience and has held senior roles with JP Morgan, UBS and Morgan Stanley, where he was responsible for client coverage, origination and sales of various banking products. The roles have enabled him to build strong relationships with family offices, institutional and corporate clients. Prior to co-founding TvPP Co. he was involved with capital raising and M&A transactions including a high profile M&A deal in the consumer food sector.

Lawrence Seah has held senior roles in JP Morgan as Head of SEA Investors, Head of Credit Structuring, Head of Fixed Income Sales and HSBC, where he was Managing Director, Head of Financial Institution Group, South East Asia. With over 20+ years banking experience, he has expertise in covering global markets trading, sales and structuring, capital financing, private banking cross product investment advisory and global banking coverage for institutional clients.
